the deal
These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us"), which operates Tititam (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
who can use tititam
- you must be at least 17 years old, and 18 or older to see or join events marked 18+
- the information you give us, including your birthday, must be accurate
- one account per person, and you're responsible for what happens on it
your content
You own the photos, posts and comments you share. By posting them you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute them within the app and to promote the app, for as long as they're on Tititam. You can delete your content at any time.
You confirm you have the right to share what you post, including permission from people who appear in your photos.
community rules
Don't use Tititam to:
- harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone
- post nudity, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or graphic violence
- promote illegal activity, including the sale of drugs or weapons
- post fake events, scams or spam, or collect money under false pretenses
- share someone else's private information without their consent
- scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the app
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we act on reports within 24 hours. To report something, contact us.
meeting people in real life
Tititam helps you find events and people, but we don't organize, host, check or supervise events, and we don't run background checks on users. You're responsible for your own safety and decisions. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your gut. Any arrangement, payment or dispute between you and a host or another user is between you and them.
event information
Some events come from users and some from public listing services. We don't guarantee that event details, prices, times or locations are accurate, or that an event will happen. Check with the organizer before you go.
our app
The app, its design and the Tititam name and logo belong to . We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own, in line with these terms and the Apple Media Services terms. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
ending things
You can stop using Tititam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.
disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at events or between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
apple
These terms are between you and , not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Tititam after that, you accept the new terms.
